We are proud to offer a large selection of beautiful one, two, three and four bedroom homes, town homes and condominiums for rent for periods up to 1 year. On or off the water, golf course or greenbelt properties….. all just a short drive from area beaches and shopping.
In the Englewood area there are 2 different types of rental properties, ANNUAL and SEASONAL. Annuals are just that, they are properties which rent for a period of 12 consecutive months at a fixed rate. Annual tenants are required to fill out and credit application and background form. They are also responsible for paying their own utilities and telephone. (Note: some of our properties have sewer & water included). Seasonal tenants are tenants who rent for any period less that 1 year. If a seasonal tenant rents for less than 6 months and 1 day they are required to pay state and local bed & board taxes. Anything over 6months and 1 day is tax free.. Rates for seasonal rentals will vary according to the time of the year.
